What we read

The chat file you choose: its messages and, if you include them, its voice notes. The file is read on our servers for as long as the read takes, usually minutes.

What we delete, and when

Your voice notes and files are deleted once your read is written. The chat's text is kept encrypted for 30 days so you can ask about it, then deleted. You can delete it sooner from your read.

The read itself and the counts it shows stay, so you can open it again. Delete the read whenever you like, from its page or by writing to us. It goes the same day.

What we never do

Your chat is never used to train an AI, ours or anyone else's. It is never sold, shared or shown to a person, unless you ask us to look at a problem with your read.

Who else touches your data

The models that read the chat and transcribe the voice notes run with providers under contracts that forbid training on it. Payments go through Stripe; we never see your card. If you give an email, it is used to send you the read and nothing else.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or for all of it to be deleted. Write to support@viberecap.com and we answer within a few days.
