Plain terms.
What you buy, what you get, and what a read is not.
One payment, one read
The first look at your chat is free. The full read of one chat is one payment, priced by the size of the chat and the minutes of voice notes, shown before you pay. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
The payment includes the full read, a chat about the same conversation with five questions, and a card to share. More questions are sold in packs, shown before you buy them.
If the read fails
If we cannot write your read, the payment comes back as balance on your account, or to your card if you ask.
What a read is not
A read is an AI reading of a written conversation. It can be wrong, and it says how sure it is. It does not know the people, the calls or the time spent together, and it does not replace someone who does, nor a professional. When a conversation shows harm, the read points to help instead.
Your chat, your responsibility
Upload only conversations you took part in. You are responsible for what you share from a read; the share card never carries a quote or a name for that reason.
